difficult to visualize

Thanks luke for the mindfull breathin, however, i find it hard to do the visualization, may be i should repeat doing it to get such visualization, the overal score below is it how well i achieve?

Good techniques to use

Thank you Mr Luke for teaching us the method on how to relax our mind by controlling our breathe. The pendulum is a good exercise for me to relax my unconscious mind.
