Thanks luke for the mindfull breathin, however, i find it hard to do the visualization, may be i should repeat doing it to get such visualization, the overal score below is it how well i achieve?

With the current Lock down situation, I was feeling even more stressful than when I was at work. Fortunately, I found this course. It was so simple to understand and apply. I never knew it could be so easy to relief myself of stress.
